Fluidized Pneumatic over Feed System (FPFS)


  • Effectively designed packaged boiler. Fuel can be fed automatically through a fuel feeding nozzle to produce 4000 Kg/ Hr steam at 150 Psi for process heating purpose.

  • Modernize method of fluidized combustion over nozzle arrangement takes place at furnace.

  • Capability of firing any kind of fibrous fuel makes the model demanding for all small process industry like Rice mill, Textiles, Food process, Pharmaceuticals & drug etc.

  • The fuel is fed from top of the boiler through a fuel feeding Nozzle arrangement and spreading cone method.

  • The boilers supplied are “3 Pass” Pneumatic system tube type package boiler. Each boiler would consist of combustion chamber with reversing chamber.

  • The fuel gas turns in the reversing chamber in to the second pass tubes enter the front smoke box.

  • The flue gas turns again in to chimney. The combustion chamber, the second pass and third pass tubes fully surrounded by water and thus provide a safe heat transfer area.

  • The Fuel is fired using unique designed air nozzles with sufficient pressure drop to burn the fuel in suspection.

  • Spreading cone enables uniform distribution of fuel above the nozzles.

  • Boiler is supplied with safety control devices like Automatic water level Controller (Mobrey) and Steam pressure switch.

  • In the pneumatic over feed (FPFS) boiler, the fuel is fed from the top of the boiler through a fuel feeding nozzle and spreading cone arrangement.

  • The fuel is fired on specially designed grate bars to burn the fuel in suspension under sufficient pressure.

  • Fuels like husk, G N shell, wood, and coal can be fired.
