Fluidized Front Feeding System (FFFS)

  • These are highly efficient 3 Pass fluidized feed shell type package boiler capable of producing good steam generation at a faster rate with minimum fuel and power consumption.

  • The fuel is fed from the front of the boiler through a fuel feeding pipe and SS hard faced turbulator system.

  • There is a cut furnace and a HONEY COMP construction at the end of the furnace in such a way that there is sufficient gas resistance time. Because of this higher fuel savings can be achieved.

  • Fuel is burned in the integrated furnace which consists of distributed plate assembly comprising of Air distribution nozzles which creates fluidization.

  • Turbulent combustion of fuel ensures improved efficiency in the system.

  • Boiler is supplied with safety control devices like Automatic water level Controller (Mobrey) and Steam pressure switch.
